Z is for Zombie is Peter Cawdron’s take on the zombie apocalypse, consisting of three books published between 2015 and 2017. Free Fall and All Our Tomorrows (both 2015) set up the scenario, and What We Left Behind (2017) continues the story of survival in a world overrun by the undead.
Like his van Helsing books, this series shows Cawdron working outside his usual hard SF territory. He brings a logical, science-minded approach to the zombie premise, which gives the series a different feel from more horror-focused takes on the genre.
