This collection gathers Yuval Noah Harari’s standalone non-fiction titles that fall outside his main series. The most prominent is 21 Lessons for the 21st Century (2018), which addresses contemporary concerns like terrorism, fake news, nationalism, and the rise of artificial intelligence. Unlike Sapiens and Homo Deus, which take a long historical view, 21 Lessons focuses on the present.
Harari’s earlier academic works are also included here. Renaissance Military Memoirs (2004) and Special Operations in the Age of Chivalry (2007) reflect his background as a military historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His most recent book, Nexus (2024), returns to big-picture questions by tracing how information networks have shaped civilizations from the Stone Age through the digital era.
