The Wyndham Saga by Bertrice Small follows the Wyndham family from the late Tudor period through the English Civil War. It begins with Blaze Wyndham (1988), in which a young country girl catches the eye of King Henry VIII and must navigate the dangers of his court. The second book, Love, Remember Me, jumps forward to the reign of Charles I. Both of these opening novels also appear in the Skye O’Malley Saga, connecting the Wyndham family to Skye O’Malley’s descendants.
From Darling Jasmine onward, the Wyndham Saga overlaps directly with Skye’s Legacy. These books follow Skye’s granddaughter Jasmine and her children as they deal with Stuart-era politics, arranged marriages, and life on the Scottish borders.
