The Undescribable series was Shantel Tessier’s debut, running eight books from “Undescribable” (2013) through “Unimaginable” (2016). Like the Rachel Murdock mysteries with their cat-themed titles, this series uses “Un-” titles throughout: “Unbearable,” “Uncontrollable,” “Unforgettable,” “Unpredictable,” “Unchangeable,” and “Unforeseen.”
The series follows interconnected couples through stories of intense attraction, complicated pasts, and emotional conflict. As Tessier’s first major work, the Undescribable books established her voice and built her initial readership. The eight-book run gave her room to develop a cast of characters whose lives intersect across the series.
