The Turner and Mosley Files launched in 2024 with The General’s Gold, co-written by LynDee Walker and Bruce Robert Coffin. The series pairs Avery Turner, a billionaire with a talent for technology, with Carter Mosley, an adrenaline-seeking shipwreck diver. Their first outing takes them from Florida to Maine and into the depths of the Atlantic as they hunt for a legendary stash of Civil War gold.
The Cardinal’s Curse (2024) and The Pirate’s Secret (2024) followed quickly, each sending Turner and Mosley to new locations with new historical mysteries to crack. The Pharaoh’s Tomb (2025) moves the action to Egypt, and The Emperor’s Palace (2026) continues the globe-trotting formula. Fans of Clive Cussler’s Dirk Pitt novels or the National Treasure films will recognize the appeal: big set pieces, historical puzzles, and two leads who balance each other’s strengths.
