The Four Quarters of Imagination is set in Brooklyn in the year 2147. The Four Quarters is a theme park where the rich can live out their fantasies while the poor are cast as characters in those stories, their words and actions scripted for a price. Monarch Falls (2020) follows Stella Grady, an amateur private investigator who takes a job tracking a fugitive through the Quarters to save her adoptive family. She uncovers a human trafficking ring operating underneath the park.

Fire Fields (2023) picks up with Stella working as lead investigator inside the Quarters. When a head designer is abducted by a violent human rights group, she has to work with his security team and Brooklyn police to track him down. The series combines science fiction world-building with noir-style mystery plotting.
