Karen Tomlinson’s Shadow Sentinels series is a paranormal romance that began with Beginnings (2020). The series continues with Wrecked (2020), Ruin (2021), and Reign (2021).
Beginnings sets up the world and its supernatural threats, while Wrecked raises the stakes for the main characters later that same year. Ruin and Reign arrived in 2021 and brought the story to a close across the four books. The titles trace an arc from origin through destruction and recovery.
Tomlinson is also known for her War of the Fae Queen series, and readers familiar with that work will find similar themes here: dangerous creatures, reluctant heroines, and romances that develop under pressure.
