The Satyr series is one of Andrew Grey’s earliest works and stands apart from the rest of his catalog. Published between 2008 and 2009, these five books blend MM romance with Greek mythology, centering on characters descended from or connected to Bacchus. Children of Bacchus opens the series and sets up a world where ancient myth collides with contemporary life.
The books that follow, including Love in War, Thursday’s Child, Child of Joy, and Sin of Omission, expand the mythological world and explore different romantic pairings within it. For readers who know Grey primarily through his contemporary small-town romances, the Satyr series offers a very different reading experience with a fantasy edge.
