The Empire Trilogy

The Riftwar Cycle is an epic fantasy saga that defined the genre for many readers in the 1980s and 90s. Set primarily on the world of Midkemia, it tells the story of a massive inter-dimensional war triggered by magical “rifts” connecting Midkemia to the world of Kelewan.
