Nick Harkaway has contributed short fiction to a number of anthologies across the science fiction and speculative fiction space. His contributions include pieces for Arc 1.2: Post Human Conditions (2012), which focused on post-human themes, and Solaris Rising 2 (2013), a well-regarded annual anthology of new science fiction.
He also contributed to Irregularity (2014), a collection of stories set in a steampunk version of Sherlock Holmes’s London, and Doctor Who: Time Trips (2014), a collection of novellas featuring different incarnations of the Doctor. These shorter works show Harkaway’s willingness to play in other writers’ sandboxes while bringing his own distinctive voice.
