All three New Orleans Knights books came out in 1997, giving the series a concentrated feel. Each book stands alone, centered on a different man, but the New Orleans setting ties them together with the city’s music, food, and atmosphere running through all three stories.
Ross’s feel for place is strong throughout, and New Orleans gives her plenty to work with. For readers who enjoy setting-heavy contemporary romance and haven’t read the Callahan Brothers series, New Orleans Knights offers a similar experience in a different Southern city.
