Bear Grylls’s Mission: Survival series contains eight books published between 2008 and 2015. The series begins with Gold of the Gods and follows a pattern where each title features a different animal or danger, from Way of the Wolf and Sands of the Scorpion through to Lair of the Leopard.
The first four books came out in quick succession from 2008 to 2010, after which there was a three-year gap before the series resumed with Claws of the Crocodile and Strike of the Shark in 2013. Rage of the Rhino (2014) and Lair of the Leopard (2015) rounded out the series. Reading them in publication order is recommended, as storylines carry forward from one book to the next.
