The Mates of the Kaluma series by Ella Maven is a four-book alien romance series published entirely in 2021. Each novel pairs a human heroine with a different type of Kaluma alien male, and the titles tell you what you’re getting into: an assassin, a bodyguard, a chieftain, and an outlaw.
