Faith Hunter’s Jane Yellowrock short fiction collects 22 works published between 2009 and 2018. The entries are a mix of short stories and novellas set in the same paranormal and fantasy world as the full-length Jane Yellowrock novels. Many of the titles appeared in 2013 alone, including WeSa and the Lumber King, Blood, Fangs and Going Furry, First Sight, Haints, Golden Delicious, Signatures of the Dead, Blood Trade, Dance Master, Kits, Cat Tats, and Cajun With Fangs.
Later additions include Off the Grid (2014), Cat Fight (2016), and Bound No More (2016), with the collection rounding out through Cold Reign (2017), Flame in the Dark (2017), and Dark Queen (2018). These shorter pieces give additional context to the characters and events of the main series, and readers who want the full picture of Jane Yellowrock’s world will find them a useful companion to the novels.
