The Iron Druid Chronicles is a long-running urban fantasy series primarily written by Kevin Hearne. The main character, Atticus O’Sullivan, is the last living druid, over two millennia old, who has settled in Tempe, Arizona with his Irish wolfhound Oberon. The books mix mythology from Irish, Norse, Greek, Hindu, and other traditions into a modern-day setting where gods are real and frequently cause trouble.

The series includes nine main novels from Hounded (2011) to Scourged (2018), plus numerous novellas, short stories, and companion pieces. Among the companion works are the Oberon’s Meaty Mysteries novellas, told from the perspective of Atticus’s dog. The collaborative anthologies Three Slices, Death and Honey, and others feature multiple authors writing in or adjacent to the Iron Druid world.

Kevin Hearne is the primary author and creator of the series.
