The Full/Max Holt series by Charlotte Hughes has an unusual publication history: it began with Full House in 1981, then went quiet for over twenty years before resuming with Full Tilt in 2002. The remaining four books — Full Speed, Full Blast, Full Bloom, and Full Scoop — followed in quick succession from 2003 to 2006.
