The Finfarran Peninsula series by Felicity Hayes-McCoy opens with The Library at the Edge of the World (2016), introducing Hanna Casey as she starts over in a small Irish community. The local library becomes a gathering point for stories about the village and its residents, and the series grew from there across six books.
Summer at the Garden Cafe (2017) and The Mistletoe Matchmaker (2017) continued to build out the community, while The Month of Borrowed Dreams (2018), The Transatlantic Book Club (2019), and The Heart of Summer (2020) deepened the characters and their connections. The series is set against the landscapes of Ireland’s west coast and has a strong sense of place throughout.
