The series centers on Colton Donavan — a professional racecar driver with a destructive streak and a past he won’t discuss — and Rylee Thomas, a social worker whose work with at-risk kids gives her a sharper read on damaged men than Colton expects.
Nine books across the series expand the world beyond the original trilogy, bringing in new characters while keeping Colton and Rylee’s story at the emotional core. The Driven trilogy’s film adaptation introduced the series to a wider audience and remains one of the few indie romance properties to cross into streaming.
