The L. Ron Hubbard Presents: Writers of the Future series is one of the longest-running science fiction and fantasy anthology series in publishing history, with 41 volumes spanning from 1985 to 2025. David Farland served as the coordinating judge and editor for many of these volumes, playing a major role in discovering and promoting new writers in the genre.
Each volume collects the winning stories from an annual contest open to unpublished or new science fiction and fantasy writers.
