The Dalton Fury Delta Force series is a set of six military thrillers written by the former Delta Force commander under his pen name. The books follow Kolt “Racer” Raynor, a disgraced Delta Force operator fighting to redeem himself while being thrown into some of the most dangerous counter-terrorism operations imaginable. The series begins with Black Site (2012), where Raynor gets a shot at returning to active duty after a mission that went badly wrong.
Fury’s real-world experience in special operations gives the books a gritty, authentic feel. The tactical details, military jargon, and operational planning all come from someone who actually lived that world. The series ran through six novels, ending with Execute Authority in 2017. The final two books were published posthumously after Greer’s death in 2016, completing the story he had been working on.
