The Collins Chillers series edited under the Jerome K. Jerome imprint is an eight-entry anthology collection of dark and supernatural fiction. The series opens with The Invisible Eye and Dracula’s Brood (1987), then picks up again more than a decade later with The Black Reaper (1998) and In the Dark (2000), before a second wave of entries arrived between 2017 and 2019.
That later run brought Dracula’s Brethren and Three Men in the Dark (both 2017), followed by Ghosts in the House (2018) and The Tiled House (2019). The recurring interest in vampires, ghosts, and things lurking in darkness runs through the titles across the series’ full span.
