After the Beautiful Creatures main series wrapped with Beautiful Redemption in 2012, Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl returned to the Caster world with The Untold Stories. These four novellas, published in 2015 and 2016, give screen time to characters who played supporting roles in the original books.
The Mortal Heart, The Seer’s Spread, Before the Claiming, and A Gatlin Wedding each focus on different corners of the Caster universe. Fans who wanted more time in Gatlin after the main series ended found these stories a welcome return, though each novella is short and best treated as a bonus rather than a full continuation.
