Ann Hood’s anthology work includes both her own edited collections and contributions to books edited by others. She edited Knitting Yarns: Writers on Knitting (2013), which brings together well-known writers sharing their connection to knitting, and Knitting Pearls (2015) continued that theme. Other collections she has been involved with include What My Mother Gave Me (2013), Every Father’s Daughter (2015), and Goodbye to All That (2013).
These anthologies cover a range of subjects from family relationships to craft and creativity. Hood’s involvement reflects her standing in the literary community and her interest in gathering different voices around shared human experiences.
