The Afterlife Saga was Stephanie Hudson’s debut series, beginning in 2012 with Afterlife and A Demon King in quick succession. The story centers on the relationship between its human protagonist and Draven, a demon king, and the dangerous supernatural world she enters through that connection.
The series grew to fifteen books over eight years, with multi-part entries like The Pentagram Child and Sacrifice of the Septimus divided across two volumes each. The Two Kings, The Triple Goddess, and The Quarter Moon built out the mythology in the early installments, while Blood of the Infinity War (2017) and Happy Ever Afterlife (2020) brought the main storyline toward its conclusion.
