Nikki Turner is one of the most prolific and popular authors in urban fiction. Her debut novel, A Hustler’s Wife, was published in 2003 and became a street lit classic, spawning two sequels. She has since written over seventy books across multiple series and standalone titles, making her one of the most productive voices in the genre.

Turner’s catalog includes the long-running Girls From Da Hood anthology series with fourteen volumes, the Carl Weber’s Kingpin series spanning nineteen city-based entries, and the G-Unit books published in partnership with 50 Cent’s publishing imprint. Her Unique series, Project Chick duology, and numerous standalone novels round out a career that has spanned two decades.
