David S. Brody is a graduate of Tufts University and Georgetown Law School who practiced real estate law in Boston before turning to fiction. His early legal career directly influenced the Boston Law series, three novels set in the Boston legal world that blend real estate dealings, art theft, and tribal land disputes with murder mystery plots.
Brody found his signature subject with the Templars in America series, which began in 2009 with Cabal of the Westford Knight. The series follows historian Cameron Thorne and British researcher Amanda Spencer-Gunn as they investigate artifacts suggesting the Knights Templar reached North America long before Columbus. With over half a million books sold and ten Amazon number-one bestsellers, Brody has become one of the most widely read authors in the historical conspiracy fiction space. He has been named Boston’s Best Local Author by the Boston Phoenix and regularly appears on television documentaries about pre-Columbian exploration.
