Cherry Adair has been writing romantic suspense since the early 1990s. Her T-FLAC series, which forms the core of her work, follows agents of a fictional counter-terrorism force through high-risk missions that pair adrenaline-fueled action with romance. The T-FLAC universe includes several connected sub-series: the Wright Family books follow five siblings who are all T-FLAC operatives, the Edge Trilogy focuses on agents dealing with escalating threats, and the Bodyguard Trilogy features agents who protect high-value targets.

Her Cutter Cay series takes a different approach, centered on a family of treasure hunters working in tropical waters. Starting with Undertow (2010), the six-book series trades espionage for underwater adventure while keeping the suspense and romance that define Adair’s writing. She also wrote the Walk Down the Aisle series of category romances earlier in her career, and the Lodestone series about characters with paranormal abilities. With over sixty books published across her career, Adair has been one of the more productive writers in the romantic suspense genre.
